Ludvik and I have long enjoyed getting away to Bed & Breakfasts. We love the home-like quality they offer while allowing us to escape many of the pressures that follow us in our own environments. We began to dream about running a Bed & Breakfast some 10 years ago, and in 2003, that became a reality.

We found our little building on a country back road. It was an old, abandoned general store in Rugely. We spotted it and fell in love. It took awhile, but soon it was sitting next to our own home in Wharton and undergoing reconstruction. Careful to preserve its aged charm, we have restored and modernized this quaint structure, giving it a new life as part of our small family buisness.
